Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Artzone. All of our canvas prints and wall art are made-to-order specifically for you through our specialized print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Order Processing & Production Time

Production Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Each artwork is custom-printed, stretched, and carefully inspected before leaving the facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across the United States and internationally. Delivery times begin once production is complete and the carrier accepts the parcel.

Note: Total delivery time = Production Time (2–5 business days) + Transit Time (3–7 business days).

Shipment Carriers & Tracking

We partner with leading carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL depending on the destination and parcel dimensions.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with live scan data.

Damaged in Transit or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@artzoneprints.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will issue a free replacement immediately.
Lost Shipments: If your parcel tracking stops updating or exceeds estimated delivery times, reach out to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier or reprint your order.
